Being raised in India and Japan allowed me to explore various types of cuisine, igniting my passion for different Asian cuisines and cultures. The Asian Palate Projects is a medium for me to share my interests online with people who are passionate about this too. Some other things I am interested in include playing video games with my friends, drawing, and playing the flute.

Zeyad Karachiwala is a junior at the International Academy Okma Campus in Michigan. He is a fashion enthusiast and an avid cook who one day hopes to join the industry and own his own restaurant. His favorite Asian snack is a steaming hot bowl of a spicy instant ramen loaded up with soft boiled eggs, scallions, and extra garlic!
